Background
Tamaco Private Limited (the Company) was incorporated in 1981 and its initial principal activity was to provide services of lamp-poles assembling. In mid 1995 the Company had expanded to provide the hot dip galvanizing service at 36 Kian Teck Drive, Singapore 628852. Since then, this has been the main business activities till today.
Current Capacity
The current production floor is equipped with 7 units of pre-treatment tanks and a quenching tank with each tank being capable of handling about 40 cubic meters capacity. The factory is equipped with 4 units of 5 ton and 3.2 ton cranes for the galvanizing process movement and 2 units of 5 ton and 1 unit of 3.2 ton cranes to facilitate our quality assurance and quality control processes. The Company is currently operating at 60% of its production capacity with single shift work force. With the adjoining factory acquired by its related Company in end 2007, a further 4,500 sqm has been added to its current production area of 3,381sqm and thus this enable the Company to expand its production capacity.

In order to achieve this, quality control and assurance is implemented across our Company's key activities including galvanizing through comprehensive in accordance with ISO 9001 quality management system.

Other Accreditations
In January 2020, the Company achieved the ISO 45001 :2018.
In order to achieve certification, the Company underwent external audit of its facilities to ensure correct procedures are followed, health and safety risks evaluated, risk assessments reviewed, and health and safety legal requirements complied with.
We are also proud to be conferred the bizSAFE STAR certification from the Workplace Safety and Health Council. The bizSAFE programme involves five levels of recognition with bizSAFE STAR certification being the highest level.
This accreditation is only awarded to companies who engage an independent Singapore Accreditation Council accredited certification body to certify that their workplace safety and health management systems are certified to m.eet the Occupational Health & Safety Assessment Scheme and the Risk Management requirements.
